Fading Vistas -The Beauty of Northern Pakistan

'Fading Vistas' is an ode to the resilience of vulnerable communities and celebration of the beauty of Pakistan's northern areas: the magnificent mountains, spectacular glaciers, lush valleys, the clear blue waters and the simple life.

The book is a compilation of the picturesque views the region offers. It is an attempt to pay tribute to the majestic mountains, and the gorgeous terrains across Gilgit Baltistan and 08 districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The book also illustrates some of the devastating effects of glacial lake outburst floods, and UNDP'S work to support affected communities.
