Egypt's dairy sector generates approximately USD 8 billion annually and supports around 1.8 million households; however, climate change poses a significant threat to production through heat stress and feed shortages. With SCALA programme support, this study identifies investment opportunities in solar cooling, biogas production, and plant-based alternatives to enhance resilience and secure smallholder livelihoods.
