Ecuador strengthens its resilience to climate risks with the start of the GCF project Early Warnings for All (SP)

The project seeks to reduce disaster fatalities in Somalia by 42% and deliver nationwide early warning coverage by 2030.

The project will ensure early warning systems are designed together with communities, from hazard monitoring to community-level response.

With Green Climate Fund support, the EW4ALL project will modernize disaster laws and upgrade Antigua and Barbuda’s weather systems.

With financing from the Green Climate Fund, UNDP and partners will expand early warnings to 26 million+ people across 7 countries.
