Nepal’s agricultural sector is facing unpredictable rainfall, rising temperatures, and increasing pest outbreaks that threaten food security. To tackle this, UNDP and FAO through the SCALA programme have launched a practical, hands‑on training program targeting agricultural and livestock officers.
